Which company delivers our parcels?

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for the majority of our parcels and we aim to dispatch on the same day for orders placed before 1pm.

Your order may arrive via DHL or DPD if it is of a higher value or if it is dispatched directly from the pharmacies.

Can I track my delivery?

You will receive tracking details and delivery information from Royal Mail or other carriers once they are in possession of your order.

Has my order been dispatched?

We will always email you to let you know when your order has been sent.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to have orders delivered within 2 working days. Please allow an extra day for orders placed after 1pm.

Please note that orders are occasionally delayed due to bank and public holidays, and it is recommended to allow extra time for your order to arrive during these periods.
